I changed my metaphor and it changed my experience. I feel all the layers and all the different fronts to pay attention to as you state but I am not juggling them -- I see them as a buffet of activities I need to engage in but they can sit comfortably on the table while I fully attend to what I'm attending to instead of worrying about some other plate falling. You and others might think this is silly, but metaphors are how we interpret our experience and a paradigm shift necessarily involves a metaphor shift. Juggling is too stressful. Get a new one. I am also preparing for change in very concrete ways and trying to help others understand these times, as you are. Thanks for your astute commentaries.
