That was useful, thanks. I’d like to add the social dimension of meditating. Yes, the basic daily practice is a solitary thing, but periodically meditating with others works as kind of a booster shot. And now for something completely different — VR is a hybrid of both. We do group meditations, some guided some not, in EVOLVR at AltspaceVR. I have meditated almost every day for over 40 years. Leading meditations in VR has really rejuvenated my experience.
