X-Meditators vs CIA, Part 4

There are still human cultures in which the Human Exceptionalism form of Sanskara does not prevail.

These are cultures that developed economies based on natural systems, such as the ancient fishing civilizations of the Pacific Northwest. Without the mental Exceptionalism formation in place, Indigenous People did not think of themselves as separate from the Salmon they caught. The salmon and the people doing the fishing were members of the same family.

When Human Exceptionalism is fully operational in the brain, Nature and everything in it is seen only as a Resource to be extracted for some human purpose.

When the Exceptionalism mental formulation is not operational in the brain, Nature and everything in it means us too. When any part is taken by another part, it is taken appreciatively and in a way that makes the system better overall.

Sustainability is a low bar. Natural systems need to be better than they were before you came. This is how people act when the Exceptionalism filter is not determining the way they behave.

Sustainability of the ecosystem was not a primary consideration for Lieutenant Colonel McDonnell.

His “self-knowledge” and “personal energy blockages” warnings are probably relevant to the rapidity with which a given individual can achieve competence in the astral plane and reliably accomplish military objectives.

The declassified documents all focus on military objectives such as obtaining information and locating objects. These are polite military objectives.

Less polite military objectives might include direct interference in the dream lives of targeted people or entire populations.

The movie, ‘Inception’ focuses on individuals and conflict inside dreams, driven in the background by greedy corporations and a power hungry State.

How would that work at scale?

In September, 2020, the same RAND corporation that helped launch Men Who Stare at Goats and who knows what else, published Trends in Income from 1975 to 2018.

It explains, using a peerless new methodology, why almost no one improved themselves economically over that period of 40+ years.

Trends in Income

It’s because the top 1% of the US taxpayers diverted about $50 trillion to themselves. Over four decades of productivity gains were not shared equally.

Even if the income had been shared unequally, but at the exact level of inequality that existed in 1975, someone making $35,000 a year now would be making about twice as much. But they aren’t, because the top 1% took more than their share even by recent historical standards, (defining ‘more than’ as how things were in 1975).

How do these things happen?

Is it as simple as, “the 1% own the media and the media drives the narrative?” How did an American Dream, sold all over the world, stay alive while becoming increasingly divorced from many people’s actual experience?

Media campaigns are known to be orchestrated, usually part of larger Psyops being undertaken in order to promote some political and economic agenda to the population, like a War.

How do you promote acceptance of a $50 trillion heist?

Good vs Evil as the structure of our primary cultural productions might be a format we bring with us into our dreams. Similar conflicts in the Astral Plane could help frame our experience in the Physical World.

The pandemic represents a rare but narrow window of opportunity to reflect, reimagine, and reset our world

— Professor Klaus Schwab, Founder, and Executive Chairman, World Economic Forum.

The Great Reset is in the air, contending with Back to Normal.

Reset what? Something physical, or metaphysical, or both — but where does it start? What do we have to reimagine, according to Schwab and his well-connected colleagues, so that we can then reset?

Can we imagine that there is enough of what everyone needs for an excellent life? Can we acknowledge that it is artificial distortions in distribution that makes it seem like there’s not enough to go around?

That we don’t need to be divided by fighting over scraps?

Schwab, wikipedia

Schwab’s Big Idea is Stakeholder Capitalism, which I understand to be a form of private, profit-based governance in which the rough edges of Winner-Take-All Capitalism are smoothed down by listening to and acknowledging the perspectives of all parties affected by an enterprise. Then the Stakeholders with the largest Stakes can proceed to expand market share and extend power and control networks. They listened.

This is the new American Dream!

With its roots in McKinsey and Company, this mental formation is driven by the same set of ethical standards and concern for the collective good that gutted thousands of businesses during the years RAND describes unequal redistribution of income — and it provided the opioid epidemic as an awesome side hustle. All of which McKinsey has acknowledged, as all Stakeholders will be listened to and acknowledged as they are swept aside in The Great Reset.

The symmetry of destroying the American Dream and now selling an Update to extend the scam a bit longer is too striking to resist oversimplifying as I just have.

Fortunately many others have already beaten me to it, most prominently, The Atlantic, which laid the demise of The Middle Class at McKinsey’s feet. Destroying the Middle Class is destroying the American Dream and of course McKinsey didn’t do it alone.

The company was certainly aided and abetted in the murder by other forces and individuals, like Ronald Reagan, representing other forces. And George Bush telling us to go back to being consumers after 9/11. Buy stuff. Don’t think too hard about what just happened.

Was McKinsey also aided and abetted by unindicted co-conspirators in the Astral Plane?

This is my Central Question in this series.

If X-Meditators imagine a population-level effect through good vibes, why not at least wonder about a similar effect through bad vibes?

CIA needs humans to be fearful about someone else.

I am not a Prosecutor or a Defender, but I believe means and motive are clearly established. There can be no question that the US Military and associated Intelligence agencies have made serious efforts to weaponize mental training for the specific purpose of accessing other forms of reality..

Everything known about the efforts makes them look ridiculous or weird. I seriously doubt CIA would let itself look ridiculous or weird unless it served a purpose. And there is only one purpose.

Absence of evidence certainly does not prove CIA Astral presence, but in this case it certainly does not prove its absence either.

Lieutenant Colonel McDonnell talks about personal development and so did Ben Bentov. If he were available to me now, I would ask both of them two key questions, or at least they feel key to me:

Can an individual train the mind well enough to expand into higher realms without achieving a feeling of compassion for and connection to others?

Can an individual with completely self-centered motives, or small-group-centered motives expand into higher realms and do harm to others?

It would be nice if a Spiritual Fail-Safe linked Powers to Compassion, but I am almost certain Ben would say that Fail-Safe is not in place and that individuals with self-interested motives can access the Astral Plane and do harm.

For most people, it does take years of training to be able to calm the mind and even feel other channels at all and in that gradual process, some brain habits are strengthened and others are weakened. Every spiritual tradition I know of characterizes the training as gaining a deeper sense of connection. But every spiritual tradition I know of also warns of entities with special powers and selfish, potentially harmful motives.

Ben Bentov would say we are all wired slightly differently. Some people achieve connection with Astral Forces suddenly and spontaneously, with no training at all. Usually, we call them schizophrenic or psychotic/delusional.

For some people, just a little training can kick-start a system already primed. These are the situations where special powers and harmful motives can come together. ‘Gifted’ individuals who could short-cut the process and miss out on the ethical development.

These are the cases RAND told Star Gate to focus on.
